We are now taking beef orders for 2017. Steers will be harvested in July and meat will be ready by early August. We sell bulk beef by halves and quarters. Our steers live on pastureĀ for their entire lives, growing up along side their mothers. They receive essentially zero grain, except for an occasional incentive if we need them to move into a new area. They may receive a dose of antibiotics if is is absolutely necessary to resolve an acute health issue. We raise this beef for ourselves and our families, but we are happy to be able to share it with you.
